Alan Bracher and Simon Rawlins formed Bracher Rawlins in April 1994. Both were partners in a long established London firm and were convinced that opportunities existed for a boutique City firm to compete successfully in the London legal market.
It was a bold move to launch a new legal practice at what was a time of severe recession in the profession. It ran directly counter to the increasing trend of ever larger mergers between existing firms of solicitors. However, Alan and Simon were convinced that a more personalised business service could better meet the needs of the business community.
The firm has enjoyed great success and demonstrated its confidence in the future in 2011 by moving to new offices which offer a fantastic working environment for clients and staff.
